Having been in the beauty industry for over 30 years, Tracey’s career path has taken her around the world. Tracey has been a trainer in the beauty industry for over 20 years and has managed teams in House Of Fraser, Harvey Nichols and Selfridges for their beauty treatment rooms. Previously she was a General Manager for Darphin and now has 5 Master Aesthetics. Tracey now owns her own award winning salon Essencia and is the UK distributor for national skincare brand Skeyndor.

Jessica Fielding
Salon Manager/Skeyndor Treatment Trainer
Jess has trained therapists all across the UK working for Skeyndor. She has a higher level in treatment qualification and 3 Master Aesthetics, giving her a great ability to understand your skin’s needs. Jess has been with Essencia for 8 years and is a key member of our team.

Laura Merritt
Clinical Therapist/Spa Senses Trainer
Laura looks after Skeyndor’s Spa Senses range and trains spa’s across the UK such as, The Jumeriah Carlton Tower in Knightsbridge. She has working in the beauty industry for over 12 years and has been part of the Essencia team for 7 years.

Emma Millam
Nurse Practitioner
RGN, BScHON, Independent Nurse Prescriber. Clinical Director and established Facing Change Aesthetics in 2011. Emma’s been a registered nurse since 2000 with experience in both the NHS and Private Sector.
Harley Street trained in Facial Aesthetics completing advanced courses in Botox, Dermal Fillers, Mesotherapy, Derma rolling and Chemical peels. Emma is the Independent Practitioner that completes all consultations, treatments, prescribing under strict policies and procedures that are updated to ensure advanced and up to date techniques are always used.

Karen Ward
Customer Service Manager
As customer service manager, Karen deals with all aspects of customer service from initial enquiries through to client’s treatment bookings here at Essencia. She has been working with us at Essencia for 8 years.

Our Customer service managers ensure that the needs of customers are being satisfied. Alix has worked with Essencia for 3 years and still continues to provide clients with excellent service throughout.
